Privacy policy
We collect what the quote form asks for: your name, contact details, and a description of your project. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to prepare your quote. Your data may be shared between Bohlokoa Enterprises companies for marketing purposes only, and is never sold or shared outside the Bohlokoa Enterprises group. Analytics data, collected only with your consent, is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You may request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time by writing to hello@bohlokoamediacompany.com.
Terms of service
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of the agreed deposit. Footage and deliverables remain the property of Bohlokoa Media Company until final payment, after which agreed usage rights transfer to the client. Equipment hire requires a signed handover form, and hired equipment remains the responsibility of the client from handover until return. Cancellations within 48 hours of a booked event may forfeit the deposit.
